The Discover Scuba Diving experience is a great way to get a head start on your PADI Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver certification. That's because the skills you complete during your adventure may credit these certification levels. As part of the PADI Open Water Diver program, the PADI Scuba Diver rating allows you to get certified quickly and easily, it takes only 2-3 days! With the PADI Scuba Diver certification you can dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Divemaster, Assistant Instructor, Instructor or higher professional to a maximum depth of 12 metres. The certification can be upgraded to full Open Water Diver in only 2 days, any time after completing the Scuba Diver course. Accidents and illnesses happen every day. Some people need only a helping hand while others may suffer serious permanent injuries without help. By mastering Emergency First Response Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (first aid) course skills you can render important care to those in need. You'll also know that you're learning state of the art skills, based on the consensus view of the Basic Life Support (BLS) Working Group of the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR).
